In Sweden on December 10th they celebrate Nobel Day, on this day they celebrate the Nobel Peace Prize. At school they get to dress up in fancy clothes and have a three coarse meal served to them by the parents. They also spend the day doing fun activities.

I hope your kids can remember some of these neat events in Sweden. I love the idea of the kids dressing up and eating a formal lunch.
